This Privacy Policy explains how Magnus Poker ("Magnus Poker", "we", "us", or "the operator") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our free-to-play social casino game and related services (the "Service"). Magnus Poker is a play-money social game intended for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling, and the virtual chips used in the game have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
1. Information we collect
- Account & sign-in data. When you sign in with Facebook or Google, we receive your name, profile picture, a unique social account identifier, and (if you grant it) your email address. If you play as a Visitor/Guest, we create an anonymous account tied to your device.
- Gameplay data. Your in-game profile, virtual chip balance, level, statistics, purchases of virtual items, and activity within the Service.
- Device & technical data. Device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region (derived from IP address), and diagnostic/crash information.
- Purchase data. When you buy virtual chips, the purchase is processed by the app store (e.g., Google Play). We receive a transaction confirmation but not your full payment card details.
2. How we use information
- To create and authenticate your account and let you sign in across devices.
- To operate, maintain, and personalize the Service and save your progress.
- To process purchases of virtual items and detect fraud or abuse.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To analyze performance, fix crashes, and improve the Service.
3. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers that process limited data on our behalf, each under their own privacy policies:
- Facebook Login and Google Play Games — for sign-in and identity.
- Google Firebase (including Crashlytics) — for crash reporting and diagnostics.
- Adjust — for install attribution and analytics.
- Google Play Billing — for in-app purchases.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above to operate the Service, or when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion at any time (see below), after which we delete or anonymize your data except where retention is required by law.

7. Age requirement
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
